Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post delivery service, referred to as ”Standard” when choosing your shipping option. There is no charge for “Standard Shipping” to an address within Australia.  For locations outside Australia refer to International Shipping terms. You may choose the “Express Shipping” option at checkout where your parcel will be shipped using Australia Post Express delivery service. Choosing this option will not incur an additional fee, and is only available to shipments to addresses within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Brunei, Christmas Island, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, India, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna.

If you are located outside of these countries and wish to purchase from our site, contact us at hello@jovehealth.com.au to investigate whether we can ship to your country.

We charge a flat fee for shipping internationally and can not guarantee the timeframe to complete the delivery. At checkout we provide an estimate on transit time, however it may take longer than this, depending on your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jove Health is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details relating to return of products. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after we ship your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the security seal on the zipper intact, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If eligible for a refund under our Return and Refund Policy we will refund you the cost of the product, excluding any shipping cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@jovehealth.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
